Right on Dave. Are they spawned out in the west country yet. The ones from "that lake" up north are done for the most part but still in the area. 6ft is about right.

I took my bro in law out later in the season last year. We walked too far out, so deep. Then a nice guy walking his dog showed us where to go closer to shore. Packed up and re set. One side of the truck trail was too deep, the other side too shallow. Caught one tiny perch where we first drilled.


This year I know where to go first lol. Looking forward to attempt #2.

David, I fished Gregg last Saturday for 5 or 6 hours, never saw a fish!!
4" of ice under 10" of snow that day.

the # on those whites from the lake up north are typical 2.5 to 3 average. The odd bigger one around mostly spawned out males which is perfect.
