Catching some Tank Whites

Been having some great luck in the last couple weeks at Pigeon. Most are averaging between 4-6 lbs with some getting up near 8lbs. Have caught a few smaller class/younger fish around 2lbs as well. Great to see something besides Walleye doing well there.

Great job on catching those huge fish. You are definitely doing something better than everyone else. I’m only fishing for walleye and see them tanks floating by and wondered who is catching those. Now I know. Best of luck on all your next outings. Get ready for the thousand questions on where ,what presentation ,depth etc.

Excellent catch. Nice to see some whites. Almost too big. The bigger they get the greasier they get. Those brutes will have strips of back fat along the top.

Real Bty's .... never seen any that big in Sylvan, must of been exciting to get that big one up into the hole & on the ice.

Yes it is. Got 2 over 7.5 that morning but the average so far this year is between 4-6lbs...
