Spray lakes burbot?

Million dollar question...anybody ever seen or heard of burbot at Spray? I wouldn't even ask but I ran into this post on this site...

2" burbot? I'm guessing someone misidentified a sculpin. I doubt there are burbs in spray

X2 Fished Spray for yrs and have never heard of a burbot do not know how they would even get into that lake.

Yup. With the thousands of jig and hooks baited with smelt for years...someone would of caught an adult.

I can see how a sculpin can be mistaken with the big head and slender back section.
