About 12 inches of good ice. Some guys driving on. Small perch seem to be around and few small pike in my couple outings.

Trucks and SxS everywhere out there today, I drilled closer to 20” ice where I was. Perch were there but extremely light on the bite. Fished mostly in 20-25’ water. Pretty darn slow overall.
