Duck Blind Fast Growing Shrubs

Im building a 6 man duck blind on the property in the spring. It will be 6 feet tall and on some stilts to make it around 9 feet tall to clear the cattails when shooting, there is a small but steep 4 foot hill going down to the water that will be behind the blind.

Just wondering if anyone has some ideas of quick growing trees or shrubs to plant around it to really naturally brush it in.
