Looking for Suggestions for Grande Prairie Area Trout fishing

Hey all,
I am heading to GP for a few days and was wondering if anyone knows of any good streams, ponds, or lakes to try for some rainbows? I will have my ultralight spinning gear and my fly gear.

The only trout area i can think of right now is spring lake. Alot of the lakes in gp are man made for stock fish or walleye and pike no trout. Spring is towards hythe. THe others like swan and kakut are very shallow about 15ft at the most less now with lowered water levels and they are slowing down. So try spring lake, or sturgeon by valleyview if you like walleye and pike not too sure about rivers though
