iTrader problems

Hey guys, I am not the brightest bulb in the pack when it comes to computers. The last 2 transaction I have made with AO members, I have not been able to leave an iTrader rating. I complete all the fields and click on submit and I get an error message saying there was an error in my deal details.
Could someone explain what I might be doing wrong.

Enter in "a short comment" it will be visible to anyone, then add something in the comments section, even a word.

Thanks for the help, I find the older I get i seem to have sometimers.
