View Full Version : Is plywood available in 10 foot lengths?

I'm rebuilding a buckboard wagon. 108" x 40" It was restored before with a 9 ft piece of plywood many years ago. I phoned a couple of building supply stores but they weren't very helpful.

That's very specialized stuff. I remember years ago you could get longer lengths of marine grade plywood, but the alternative is a scarf joint, not a easy job to get right.

It definitely is in marine grade as I just did mine. Windsor or LBH in St Albert.

It is available but not readily and likely 170$ a sheet for regular, Marine grade is more, Windsor Plywood can get it

Boat craft in Edmonton has a CNC machine and will make a puzzle joint to join two sheets on their marine ply.
