View Full Version : Winter Kill on Bear Lake?

Got a pic from a friend with thousands of dead suckers clogging bear Creek. Sucker populations seemed to be really high last year and I assume it to be a winter kill and not a chemical spill. Shallow lake and insane February temperatures likely to blame. Jarring to see it with a fish jam. The GP reservoir will not be nice to be walk in a few days.

Which Bear Lake is this? I go to the one just north of Edson regularly.
