https://ibb.co/2ZGpcRf Just caught this at lesser slave... Is this a lake white? It looks odd to me that I have to ask https://ibb.co/2ZGpcRf if pic doesn't upload

It looks odd because it's upside down. I'd say that it's a white. I guess it could be a tullibee or a cisco since there is no size reference.

Looks like a Cisco/tullibee. Caught one up there last week. Counts toward your whitefish limit.

That looks like a little whitefish to me, but that one is close call. Either way it counts towards your whitefish limit!

The jaw should be a tell tale sign being a cisco, but its a bit hard to tell with this pic.

Looks like Cisco/Tullibee to me. The upper jaw and silver scales are confirming that.
Cheers

Tulibee. We’ve caught quite a few of them there.

Thanks for all the replies. Are Cisco as good to eat as whitefish?

Tulibee ... 100%.

See the differences when there s-x-s in the snout, fins & tail.

I imagine pretty similar taste and flesh. Wormy though so take a good look. The only one I ever caught I never ended up eating it due to a lot of worms.
