I am sure this has been talked about .
If a guys first choice is class A Then second choice Class B
If he is not drawn in any of them .
Which one goes up in Priority .
I am assuming only your first choice would .

If you apply on Class A and Class B then the process is they do the Class A draws first. If successful in Class A you get your Class A license and your priority in Class B goes up 1. If unsuccessful in Class A your priority goes up one, then they draw Class B. If successful in Class B you get license. If unsuccessful your Class B priority also goes up 1.

As best as I can remember it has been that way since the draw was implemented.

Just clarifying and I'm sure you mean if you enter both draws - meaning you purchase a Class A and then purchase a Class B. They are separate draws. It is not like you can mix priority when talking classes of tags. When talking priority that means which lake you choose 1st, 2nd, 3rd in a particular class of tag.
