Are there fish ladders at Bassano Dam and Ghost Dam?

Don't now about Bassano but I'm pretty sure the answer is no at ghost. I don't think much thought was given to the migration of catadromous fish when building damns, they thought anadromous would figure out the spawning obstacles themselves.
