Just wondering if anyone has been out at Carson and if trout are biting heading there for a week next week?

We were there last weekend for a few days. Lots of action but out of the 30-40 we caught only a handful were fish other than this years little stockers.

Thanks for the reply.Were you out on a boat or fishing from shore?Bet the wall was very busy on a long weekend?Was powerbait still the bait of choice?Heading there Monday for a little camping kids excited to try to get some trout.Do you know is there still those crayfish in lake?

For the most part we were out in the boat but we did fish the wall a little as well. Didn't catch any from the wall although a couple others did. We usually just drag a fly but sometimes put a little power bait on as well if it is slow. Good luck.
