Just returned from float tubing in Cardiff. At the south part of the pond I saw 4 young adult, 3 men and 1 women, drinking, loud mainly swearing. When they left the one with a mohawk hair cut, threw empties into the pond. Thumbs up to the guy next to them. He picked up the empties and garbage.
