My 15 year old son recently set himself the goal of catching every sport fish in Alberta...in the coming year. He thought he should start with one of the toughest ones to get to and to catch; golden trout. Myself and my two sons backpacked into Southfork Lake, and between the three of us, fished for about 40 hours over 3 days, and each managed to catch one.
He is planning on making videos of his year long experience.....so here is the link to the first video.

Since the golden trout trip, we have also backpacked into Window Mountain Lake for rainbows as well as fished the Upper Oldman River for cutthroats. Enjoy the videos.
