So couple weeks ago we headed to Pigeon for the weekend (Aug14-16) My family and my in laws. Camped in the provincial site took our bunk trailer and the tent, the boys slept in the tent girls in the trailer. My father in law brought his boat, we had a mit full of class 3 tags and were eager to get on the water for some walleye action!
The fish did not dissapoint the action was steady (a little slow Saturday afternoon) but the mornings and evenings were great with may double and one triple header!! The kids had a blast, we all did. It was hard to fill the tags, the fish were too big!

Here is a funny one, my son was reeling in one of his many fish. When the reel came off his rod! It was Papa to the rescue, he reeled while my son held the rod!

It was a great weekend, and we look forward to doing it again next year maybe Pigeon again or maybe elsewhere, but it is hard to beat a day on the water with my father in law and my kids!!
