Birch Bark Moose Call

Anyone know how to make a birch bark moose call? I have a piece of bark from the back yard.

Stitching gets more difficult as you get to the apex...I could have done it a number of different ways...as there is "more than one way to skin a cat" lol...This one looked so good I urethaned it after I took the pics.
