Salmon Fishing Tahsis BC

We're heading out to the Lodge on Monday morning for a 3.5 day trip. Can't wait to get out and catch some Tyee's :D. I've never been to that part of the Island before (Nootka Sound). I heard the Salmon are bitting non stop and the Halibut & Bottom Fish are picking up as well. Has anybody been out to the area recently?

My brother and I went about this time in Sept. 2 years ago. Coho to 9-18 pounds and Springs to 35pounds. Could hardly keep the Coho off Very memorable and would do it again. Been thinking about doing it again......puphood1
