Shop stereo

What should I know when thinking about setting up a stereo in a large building.
I’d want to be able to control volume in 3 separate rooms. 2 rooms 400 sq ft each and 1 large area 9000 sq ft.
I’d want a radio tuner with flexibility of inputs like Bluetooth from phone or MP3 player or from( a DVD player possibly?) or even a microphone input option.

I wouldn’t need exceptional coverage or quality I’m currently using a job site radio.
What components would be recommended ? Budget will be a limiting factor.

Can hit this trift shops. buy up old speakers. can take the speakers out the boxs and make your own , hit a electronic shop and buy speaker wire , run the wire to your tuner. see a few older tuners in the trift shops also.
town post, kijjiji also can find tuners and speakers on the cheap. that be how id do it on the cheap.
