Dog is pointing Deer

Does any one eles's dog do this? I know that there are no birds around the house, and she is a bit bored. maybe she thinks that I could hit something as large as a deer, I don't know.

My concern is that she may end up pointing something much more dangerous than a deer, and a close range.

Do pointing dogs point everything? I've seen coyotes "point" hunt, gophers.

This cold weather isn't helping my state of mind at all.

My dog points deer, cattle, cats , rabbits ,and most birds, as long as be isn't chasing them, I am happy.

My Shepard does this, very good at it as well

Yes my Lab does this also, she will even go as far to point an ant hill in the summer if she see's the movement.

teach it to point 200 +++ deer pre season scouting and I will buy the dawg off you - lol
