Didn’t know this place existed. Right close to Lee Valley Tools in Edmonton. They have some great meat processing products for very reasonable prices. Also a good place to go if you need a full 5 gallon pail of Grade A maple syrup!
Open to all Costco card holders. If anyone is looking for a shrink wrapper they had the put in bag close the lid type there. Also had F Dick knives for general purpose meat cutting.
Freezer wrap was a big roll for around $25 vs CTR at around $40-50. Massive meat room for pork trim and brisket but pork shoulder seemed a bit pricey. First I had heard about it figured I would mention it.
