Advice Co-axial press

Looking at buying my first press and a colleague recommended the Forster co-ax press. Anybody have experience with it? Would you recommend it for a beginner reloaded? Looking to reload just a couple of cartridges. Thanks for the help.

I’ve loaded thousands of rounds on one. I really like mine. The die holding system is fantastic. I like the shell holder setup. It makes straight ammo. It’s a good press.

Easy Peasey ... an excellent press ... many people migrate to one but you can start at the top ... if you can find one!

Yeah, a quick Google search and seems they’re hard to find. Where did you get yours? Interested in selling ;)

Only really have two companies in Cda that handle them, they can be hard to get even when times are good Hirsch Precision and X-reload handle them for sure, can't think of anyone else up here that does. The places a lot of us got them from in the US have stopped shipping here, too busy. Even Forster has stopped shipping direct. Brownell's handles them and will ship here. All you can do is put in an order with them and wait and see when it show, cancel the other ones. If by some weird chance you can't cancel, don't worry about it, you will be able to sell it for what you paid for it. Pesky if that happens, but no big deal. If you don't want to wait, next choice would be a MEC Marksman or an RCBS Rebel.

Two words....Buy One!!

You won't regret it. The technical...free-float is king with this design. Run out is pretty much eliminated. Also, very quick die changes. The on-press priming system is very good.
