Anyone been there recently? Is the ice still safe?

Drove by 5 days ago and there was about 5 ice tents near one of the access points. Doesn’t necessarily mean it’s completely safe but just letting you know there was people fishing it.

Season closed on the 15th. opens again on May 8

Only thing other than trout lakes that are still open is north and they all close on Mar. 30

I was checking the sat. maps last year to find out when open water might start. Dalmead showed signs of breakup on April 3 wide open by the 11th. Be careful
