Just got up and my soul is calling out for me to get to some open water. Can anybody confirm that Chain Lakes Res is still open water after this cold snap or second choice pine coulee res?

Got out to chain at about 2pm. Wide open. Was windy when I got there and got worse as day went on. Lost one right away and was hard to fish from then on. Couple of guys left with a limit as I was starting. After that only one guy was catching he had one spot that was hot and had it dailed in.
