It's been a very long time since I have made a Canadian freshwater fishing video and this one was shot in the fall of 2019 on Edmund lake. However, I am back in Canada for the summer and will be shooting plenty of videos hopefully. For this video, I used large goldeyes in deep weed beds to catch these big pike. Ps, we're sorry about speaking half polish and half English haha.

If you ever go back going north to limp dick Bay used to be one of the best trophy pipe lakes in Manitoba when I guided there the camp would easily catch a dozen Master Anglers a day and walleye everywhere

That is very cool. Too bad we can't use game fish as a bait here in Alberta. I once was reeling in decent goldeye in Red Deer River and had 15-20lb pike nail it right by the shore... waited for about 5 min in hopes of it swallowing it so I can try to set small hook and get the pike but it spit it out eventually. Now it makes me wonder if that would have counted as illegal catch:thinking-006:?
