Very rare unit and in great shape! Everything works and no leaks! 8'x8' front deck with a ramp for the toys. 13 foot awning and 12 foot slide. Large fold out beds at each end, couch and table make into beds as well. Nice solar panel/inverter system. LED lights throughout. More pics available if wanted. Very light easily 1/2 ton towable. 31 foot overall length. Very good light weight hunting rig. Asking 15000, located near bonnyville. Pm for pics.
