Travers launch open?

Was thinking of heading to Travers tomorrow but have never been this time of year. Does the boat launch actually close on this lake or does it stay open all year. I know launches on some lakes are closed already.

Don't know if the launch is still open, but they definitely pull the docks before freeze up. Be nice if they're still in but it's mid-Oct. Best of luck!

Gates are always open, we go ice fishing there in the winter lots.

the only thing you need to worry about is if the water level is dropped down where the bottom of the boat ramp is showing. i have heard people getting stuck with their trailers hung up on the bottom end of the launch.
