I placed an order mid yesterday and haven't heard back. Have you tried? I'm getting they're getting blasted with hundreds of orders currently is the reason for the delay.

I always phone, never email.
The other day when I placed my order it took me only two attempts.

Thanks for the heads up. I place my order the other day by phone and have not received any conformation via e-mail. She said it would be mailed out this week.
