What to use on the Bow?

I picked up some waders and i am trying to figure out what fly to use this time of year and are the fish going to be feeding in this funny weather?

when i lived in calgary previous to 2007 when i fished the bow i used one fly only and always caught browns and rainbows BEAD HEADED PRINCE NYMPH used it with a strike indicator and your in for some hootin fun loved catching those browns and bows in the 20" to 36" range wow what a treat. I live in ontario now so now i have changed all my tactics to bass fishing they are a hoot too ! If you are adventurous i had a rubber dingy not a cheap one and used to float the bow from the city south past policemans flats its pretty safe floating that part of the river.
