Last trip - monster

Last trip this year was to Pinehurst on Saturday and it was a great day. I finally caught my 20lb + Northern and I thought it would never happen! I've caught dozens in the 17, 18 & 19 lbs range over the years (including a 19.4 earlier in the morning) but never a true 20 +.

She weighed 22.6 lbs, took a 6 1/2 inch Grandma jerk bait about 5 feet from the boat and was definately worth the wait & effort.

Awesome Pike congrats on a beauty fish, and five from the boat. Not ashamed to admit after 25+ years of fishing still fill my pants when they strike that close to the boat.
