Amundson makes some awesome reels and it's a Canadian company too. Their lower end ones are in your price range and they are still sal****er friendly.

Pretty sure Amundson stuff is coming out of China, but is pretty good for freshwater use.

i bought a Lawsom Velocity reel this spring and so far it is the best fly reel i have ever owned.

lightweight, fantastic drag system and very smooth action when stripping line. might be a little more then your price range (about $150 - 190 depending on where you go) but it sure beats the other reels i had in the past hands down.

Right now I have narrowed it down to a few reels. Here is the reel plus the price of it and a spare spool combined

Okuma Vashhon $190
Okuma SLV $95
Okuma Tuscani $150
Redington Surge $150
Redington Drift $ 190

Keep the suggestions coming!

I've seen a lot of friends with broken Okuma SLV's. Don't ask me why. But they seem to have a weak spot.

I have a few of the Reddington Rise reels. They are a nice reel for the price. But of course if your looking for a price under $200 with an extra spool too then the Drift would be my choice.

Check out Albright fishing gear on the web, they have an 80% off sale right now until the end of the month. I ordered a $250 fly reel for $50 not including shipping. I also got a $350 rod for $125.
