Fishing Jackson and Kinard lakes by lac la bich

Im just wondering if any one on this site has fished On these Lakes.I have perch fished both of these lakes ..but this year i could only get into jackson.as the water access was blocked and low.My boat is a little on the heavy side for one person. i heard that you can access right onto Kinard lake. if anyone knows please inlighten me thx
