View Full Version : Fresh Teriyaki Goose Jerky from the DeWalt

Well I managed to try out the new DeWalt 18V Jerky dispenser today.

It worked great. I could dispense 2 pounds of meat in under a minute. I actually had to turn the speed down so I would make smooth consistent strips.

Here are a few pics of the finished Teriyaki Goose jerky. mmmmm its tasty. Maybe the best goose jerky I have ever made.

Yep that's about what I look like right now too. All I know is your Jerky is some kind of tasty!!!

How do you make your jerky gun?

Click on this link to see pictures of the stainless steel tube, nozzle and plunger. I had these made by a local manufacturing shop in the area that could TIG weld stainless steel.

The DeWalt 18 volt caulking gun was purchased from DeWalt. I made a few modifications to it and presto it was complete.
