Now this is a positive note about Customer Service. I recently had an isue with my Bog Pod with the switcheroo head system. I bought it this summer and have used it a couple of times this season so far. On my second trip the shooting rest broke. I could not find the receipt for it so rather than go down to Wholesale as I have been down that road before I went straight the the Western Canada rep. Not only did he help me out no questions out he upgraded me to the new USR shooting rest. On top of that he happend to be in Calgary on the weekend and met me 5 minitues from my house to give it to me. Now you just don't get service like that anywhere these days.:)
