Pork Trim needed - Cheap and near Calgary

Hey all, I need about 100 lbs of pork trim. Cheap and near Calgary. Not sure the best options. I've hear of hudderites and farmers, but I really don't know either and where to start. Thx

Call Red deer lake meats. They are 5 mins south of 22x. They can set you up.

I do beleive you can go buy trimmings from the butcher.

try huterites colonies one close here was buthering today $120 for a whole pig. Most will do it.

Who knew that I could just ask at Costco and they'd give 10 lb of pork fat trim for free. Not a lot of meat on it though, but its a start.

You must bring a live animal to sacrifice for the colony. A horse, cow or pig is very favourable in their gods eyes.
