Cleaning fish

I have seen tons of fish cleaned, but my buddy told me that he saw a guy clean a pike with a 15 inch booi knife and just as fast as a guy with a regular knife. He also told me that he heard of the guy useing a double bladed ax. Like the same one you would use to chop would. Do you guys think this would be easy and would you want to see how this is done?
