A well marbled Rib Eye cant be beaten.

if your talking wild game, my favorite is thin fry steaks .just shy of a 1/2 inch thick is how i cut them.

if its beef i like top sirloin, i find ribeyes/primerib steak way too fatty. me and my bro stop by the butcher in town and get them to cut 2"thick top sirloins in the summer. its like getting a keg baseball sirloin but way friggen bigger. then its time for the meat sweats :lol:

A nice thick Striploin grilled hot, BBQ sauce is a NO NO salt and pepper only for me thanks!

TOTALLY ribeyes!

I'll also dig in to a good rib steak, one of life's simple pleasures is gnawing on the bone :) I used to prefer T-bones for that reason but now prefer the ribeyes for the marbling.

I've also had some AWESOME tri-tip, something I hadn't even HEARD about until I was in the southwestern US. I'm seeing it more and more nowadays.
