Newbie here guys. I hunted for a few years and I recall seeing a huge moose rack in the Caroline bar. Just wondering how that rates size wise. Maybe it was just me thinking it was huge, thanks

You need to wait a while for a reply, could be minutes, could be days, maybe weeks.
There may be a chance that all the guys from the Caroline area may be out hunting today, during the height of the rut, right in the middle of hunting season.
Just a wild guess. Relax, wait for the answers a while, or people will start calling your early replies pity posts.
Are you having any luck hunting? Did you go for birds this fall? What are you seeing out your way?

There was a Moose rack with a double pan on one side, in that bar at one time,[if I am recalling correctly].

Is that the one you remember?

There was a couple bulls in there. Dont know if they are still there as i dont get in there much. And dont really pay attention when I am. The double pan bull is the only one I know anything about and it was shot in the 30's or 40's by I beleive it was Curly Wren and was shot in the Caroline west country somewhere. Cant really remember even how big they are. LOL

Thanks Guys, I dont hunt anymore as I enjoyed the hunting part, just not the eating part. I figured that for the money I could always eat steak
I bet it was the double pan....just recall it being large. Hunt well....

Hey BB,
I'm headed for Caroline tomorrow to pick up a 'quad riser' for my truck. If it's open and they allow me i will stop by and take a picture for you.

I talked with the owner and he don't know what any of these scored. I'm thinking he probably got them with the bar.

Thanks Tuc for going out of your way to get the pics:)

It was inspiring when I first saw those in the 80's when I used to hunt.
