Doubtful. 2 weeks ago it was still wide open, and I haven't seen it scince. But I suspect it wouldn't be safe to go out on scince its only been cold out recently.

No ice. Some around the edges. I wouldnt let my dog go out there! :)
It takes a while and some really cold nights to start the freeze out there because the wind is always blowing.

Travers was mostly wide open Sunday, so I imagine Badger was the same, but with this cold spell, should be some before too long, maybe a couple weeks.
