Fresh Brooky from Birtch lake

Took the kids to birtch lake and my six year old caught a 18 incher . He is baking in the oven . How is birtch lake for fishing today was the first time their wear is a good spot to fish?

Thanks for the update. I was going to try to get there on Sunday... however I delayed the trip until this wednesday. How was the ice thickness and the roads in for parking and access with all the snow?

The roads are fine the ice was about 5 or 6 inches thich but it had lots of water on top of the ice about 4 inches of water dont know wat that is about.
