so its been discussed before, but has anyone ever had any experience, legality wise in Alberta using rodents for bait? Got a mouse waiting to meet Mr Pike tomorrow and dont want to get in trouble

Wayne , as long as its not alive its fair game . Ive emailed fish and wildlife about this in past using Frogs and Mice for bait . Its a big thing they do in the East and in the States . Ill find the email for you , take a look at it . But I wont post it . Ill Copy and paste it you your facebook .

Thanks BBJ. since I work at a hay plant I can get all the mice I want if they work :) and the one that was running over my foot last night. Oops he's the one in the bag waiting for tomorrow :evilgrin:

Guess I would be kind of a missionary then, cause I have sent more than one mouse overseas :lol: Im not unloading a whole sea can just to try and get one mouse. :evilgrin:

I have used thawed mice of various sizes (snake food) a few times, and never had any luck with them.
