i want to fishing this sunday and was wondering if anybody knows the ice condition out at newell or cvr.thnx

there were vehicles on Newell last weekend, so should be good to go. dont know if Id drive out or not, but on foot or quad should be ok

Rattlesnake Lake has 12"s of ice so Newell has to have that or more.
Personally I would'nt be driving all over the place.....

Newell was open water 2 weeks ago, so I dont know how thick it is yet. Id be careful anyways, drill lots of holes

Yeah the Snake had open water too back then...
