Little off topic as to the season but now is the time to ask... Anyone out there know of any decent cabins to rent on decent fishn lakes for a relatively decent price in Alberta? Trying to organize a trip for a few of the ol bros n myself. Did this once before a couple years back when I lived in Calgary, and yada yada yada ended up at Babine Lake in Northern B.C. which turned out to be an awesome trip on an awesome lake and totally serene which was the best part....worst part, the 18 hr drive! Totally worth it but lookin for somethin a little closer to home this time.:) I'm thinking late August and now is the time to make reso's! Looking for a quiet lake:lol:(as I ask on a public forum) and b4 I spend the next 2 months searching for the perfect place, thought I'd ask u all 1st? Cheers all! :)
