Hanmore Lake

Hey guys and gals, I am heading up to Smoky Lake to spend new years with a few friends of ours and I was wondering if there is anyone here who fishes Hanmore lake at all? I will be staying about a mile from the lake and was hoping someone wouldn't mind giving a guy a few tips on where to fish for the hard water season.
I live in Calgary so its not like I will be in your honey hole all year, I am just hoping to be able to get the kids to pull up a few fishies, and if we are lucky enough to get a white fish or two, we may keep them.
