Chain Lakes ice?

Any body have any info on chain lakes for ice thickness, my father wants to catch some pan fry trout, but I would like to drive on ice, after today hauling my sled all over Spray lakes im bagged. Thanks

was there today,ice is 20" thick,trucks all over the lake,hope this helps,good luck!!
