Calling Lake Ice Conditions

How much ice is there on Calling Lake? Also, is the lake accessible from the boat launch inside the provincial park, or do i have to find another spot? Thanks!

There's about 26 inches on Calling.. no issue with that. However due to nasty winds, floodwater, and cold temps, their are long stretches of ice with 'ice blades' protruding for the top. You'll see what I mean if you head over.

Fortunately, the eastern shoreline is still fishable.

Not much snow to speak of.
