Tip Up Questions

HI all...

I have a standard tip up with 20lb tip up line (the nylon stuff)...What knot would i use to tie the line to a swivel or leader? Would a standard clinch do the trick. It's a different type of line that i've never used before and was just curious on what you folks thought?

I have always used the standard fishing knot, never had a problem with it.

I use an improved clinch, but I put two wraps through the swivel eye for added strength. Haven't had it fail ever.

I always use a Palomar Knot easy to tie hard to come undone, tie to a swivel and I use a 9in leader..
