Thunder Lake

Has anybody made it out to Thunder Lake. If so, what are the ice conditions and have you had any luck? Thanks.

well went out to thunder today...not a one person on the ice...a few tracks so i drove on... good ice hit a few spots that scared the crap out f my passangers...some serious cracking but over 16 inches...fished by the island weed beds...seen about 500 fish..wait let me refrase that seen about 500 shinners...all about 2-5 inches long...not one pike or perch...talked to a local who stoped by on a skidoo..nice guy too he hasnt seen a single fish there either...winterkill??

Winterkilled very bad a few years ago and I didnt think it had recovered.
