I Have some family coming to alberta from germany to do some fishing with us,
We will be fishing alberta and sask lakes over the summer.
Now i know you dont need anything to aquire a liscence in sask.
but my question is.
Do non residents "Have" to aquire a WIN card? to buy a liscence?

Age 16 and older
- Annual $70.90
- Limited (5-day) $47.63
- limited (1-day) $26.63
Youths (less than 16 years) No Licence Required
Also you have to buy the $8.00 Win Card .
