heard the news about crooked lake ?

heyyy just want to know whats up with crooked lake ? anyone fish there latley? is it coming back from winter kill or what? used to be awesome !!! wonder how it is these days....................

i heard that it was winterkilled really hard two years in a row... just starting to recover... some fish in there not huge amouts...

I was out to crooked lake by athabasca not sure if thats the one your talking about but I fished it for about an hour and caught three little pike.

I believe he's referring to the one by Fox Creek. Crooked up by Athabasca does have pike and perch as well but not the pigs that the Fox Creek version used to have before the winter kills.
